Worst Process I Ever Went Through

I was interested in moving into one of the apartments they had available but unfortunately I couldn’t deal with them anymore. I put my application in two weeks and was told the application process only takes one day, it’s been two weeks. I haven’t been able to reach not one single person from the office. No one has returned my call or even reach out to me. I have been emailing the Sam person only to realize that’s their automatic system. So it’s been two weeks and I haven’t talked to anyone from... the leasing office. Today I finally decided not to deal with the unprofessional leasing office/apartment anymore. I have never had to deal with anything like this before. It says they have an apartment available for April 25th but I’m starting to think it was a scam. I’m very disappointed with this process.Finally decided to find another apartment
