The leasing office manager is hardly in the office, so if you need to put in a maintenance order, you’ll get it fixed in a couple days, the rent is way too high for an apartment that looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 60s.

not worthy wentworth
Overall condition of units that were modules in place of on site construction are poor. Worn and in need of a professional makeover and update. The electric bill is very high according to DTE rep. and this site should be passed up for better housing opportunity. Management also is a issue of trustworthiness as it has shown. still waiting for refunded money to arrive.

My apartment is nice, but there are a few issues that need to be addressed. Noisy neighbors, no dishwashers, no ceiling fans, no swimming pool, the grounds have no sprinkler system so the landscaping is dry, and the grass is dying. The heat bill is outrageous because we have space heaters. The good things are, private patios, laundry hook-ups, and storage space in each unit. Suitable for a single person or a couple without children.
