The Truth Behind Water Landing Townhomes’ 5-Star Reviews

Let’s be real about the reviews for Water Landing Townhomes in Saginaw, MI. The only reason this place has such a high rating is because they literally offer residents money off their rent for leaving a 5-star review.

So when you see all those glowing reviews, keep that little incentive in mind. A 5-star rating doesn’t necessarily mean someone had a 5-star experience—it might just mean they wanted a discount on their rent.

If residents had to leave an honest review with absolutely no... financial incentive attached, I’d be very curious to see what that rating would actually look like. Because there’s a BIG difference between “This place is amazing!” and “This place took money off my rent for saying it’s amazing.”

Maybe the real amenity here isn’t the townhome… it’s the review discount.

Waters Landing

My partner and I have been moved in for about a month now. The cleanliness when we stepped through the door is leagues above our last apartment. Loving it so far, great atmosphere here

Waters Landing
