Mold
Management actively avoided and tried to cover up a SERIOUS mold issue in our unit. As soon as I discovered that they had stagnant water in the basement covered with tarps or inches of sludge in our A/C I knew we had to leave.

MOLD INFESTATION! Poor management they don’t help with anything & has a mold problem in every unit.

Excellent maintenance and management. Lived over 2 years. Had to leave due to unfortunate medical issues. Wishing to return asap.
