Office Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Property are all Superb!

Westview's Office+Property Manager, Vonda, responds promptly, is always helpful. Having her manage the property is always a relief because any needs are addressed professionally.

Our Maintenance Supervisor, JeJuan is truly exceptional. After a brief conversation with him when I moved in over half a year ago, just recently he remembered my name and addressed me by name and went out of his way to say "Hello". I had to get to work quickly but wanted to express my appreciation of Jejuan's… personableness and professionalism!

Everyone is entitled to their own review opinion, and these are some of the best apartments I have lived in because of the staff, location, and homes!

Caring Apartment Manager Vonda

Vonda the apartment manager here at Westview has gone above and beyond her call of duty in checking in on me to make sure I was ok when I was sick! She cares about the residents and our furry friends. Vonda is very skilled in what she does and the service she provides to residents!

Stay away

Management doesn't care, maintenance doesn't care. Apartments are falling apart. Grounds are disgusting. Don't bother filling out any requests for repairs. They won't show up. If they do they want to charge you for their ineptitude. It's not worth the headache. Seriously. Go literally anywhere else.

Thoughtful property manager

In the few days I’ve helped my daughter find a place and move I’ve been so appreciative of Vonda the property manager on site’s thoughtful and practical help! From paperwork to making friend connections she’s been so helpful! Maintenance requests also filled out so giving 4 stars with some out of date appliances.

Love living at Westview

We are new to Westview and St. Joseph Michigan. Westview's Manager is the best! We enjoyed the Sloppy Joe lunch and conversations. And the sloppy joes were homemade and Yummy!! We learned a lot about the area while talking with Vonda, the property manager. We can't wait for summer activities and the beach!
