Cleanliness
West Pier Place is a very clean, well maintained establishment. . The latest addition Courtney is amazing and does a fantastic job. She is friendly, courteous and professional. The maintenance crew also does a fine job. The grounds are kept up well. The Office Staff are amazing and courteous. Rhonda has always been Professional and approachable. The only thing I can find that would be a negative is their home office is not very good in returning messages or phone calls, after saying through... a voice mail they will return calls within 72 hours.
