This home features four themed bedrooms: The Master Dune Suite (King), The Lighthouse Room (Queen), The Lake Room (Queen + twin pullout), and The Bunk Room (2 Fulls + twin trundle, sleeping up to 5). There are three full bathrooms. The open-concept living and kitchen area is light-filled and perfect for gathering, featuring a coffee table that doubles as a built-in game table. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with luxury appliances, including an ice cream maker, and also includes a coffee maker, kettle, crock pot, and blender. Enjoy the basement game room with a poker table, arcade games, and a PS5, as well as a home gym with a Peloton, weights, yoga equipment, a red-light sauna, Higher Dose LED mats, and a sauna blanket. An office nook with a monitor and printer is also available.
Enjoy year-round access to a private hot tub and a portable gas firepit. A community pool is available typically from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, exclusively for registered guests of the home. Parking is available in the garage for 2 vehicles, the driveway accommodates 2 vehicles, and free street parking is available. Linens and towels, including approximately 8 beach towels, are provided. Beach chairs and a beach wagon are also available.
A world-class trail starts literally at your front door, with the Van Buren Trail State Park offering 14.3 miles of scenic trail for biking and walking, and Kal-Haven Trail access just minutes away. Van Buren State Park with Beach and Dunes is a 9-minute drive, and South Haven Beaches, Marina, and Lighthouse are 6 minutes away. Downtown South Haven, with its restaurants, boutiques, arcades, and the Michigan Theatre, is a 5-minute walk. The neighborhood is rental-friendly with community access to a heated outdoor pool and pool house with a game room, and is located just a half mile to beach access at the blue stairs near South Beach on Lake Michigan.
This is a non-smoking property. No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. A decibel monitoring sensor is located outside the home, and a Ring camera is at the exterior of the front door. Pets are not allowed. The pool is for registered guests at the home only, with no outside guests or day visitors permitted.
