Maintenance only

Not terribly happy with the company itself but one of their maintenance guys, TI specifically was very professional and resolved our plumbing issue in short order.

New Move in

My experience from the first phone call until now being a tenant for 4 months has been great. The move in process was quick and my apartment was very clean as well as the building.

Great place

The location is the biggest plus. Right next to major freeways, stores and restaurants. Maintenance is amazing. The few problems I had were fixed the same day. I highly recommend it here

Quiet and Clean Place to Live

I really like it here. Everyone is really nice at the office and maintenance is quick to fix things when you need then. I've been here for 3 years and never had any issues. I love that they have a fitness center and a big pool as it's super convenient for me instead of having to pay for a membership somewhere. I also really like that it's super secure with cameras, bright lights, gates and a security guard too.
