Blindsided at its finest

So here I am in my 2 bedroom freezing while it’s 47 degrees outside with my stove open on 500 just to warm my apartment up because surprise you have no control over your heat and cooling system during this time apparently, if the residents complain its too hot the heat gets shut off and residents can only turn on cool air even on a day like this where it’s 47 degrees out, so me a 115lb iron deficient girl living in a 2 bedroom has to freeze, and you would think they would tell you about this… before you move, because trust I WOULD’NT have moved here, but no. Not to mention I only been living here 5 months and in my 3rd month my rent goes up $40, keep in mind guys you are charged $5 per every floor, ex. If you live on the 4th floor that’s an extra $20 added on your rent, only been living here 5 months so far and definitely more to complain about but that’s it for now, I will be back to update anyone interested in moving in on what else they blindside me with! :)

terrible place to stay

This place is a wild mess… if you gone move here please request the first or second floor because the elevators here never work and people get stuck all the time.. oh and a roach problem they will meet you at the front door if you think I’m lying

Outstanding Customer Service

The Leasing Team at the Heights are “Amazing”. I came for a tour, Cherita was very personable and courtesy. We viewed the available units. She was very informative to the point she had answered the questions before I had to ask. I applied for the apartment and notify of my approval fairly quickly. I’m excited to moving to a community where management really cares about their residents and if they are happy! I would definitely recommend the Heights!! Valencia

This is the place!

As an employee of the hospital up the street, this place is absolutely perfect. The units are huge and recently updated, the property is gated and there is even intercom for guests and food deliveries. They have been steadily improving every aspect of this place since I moved in and we all appreciate the people in the office.

DON’T MOVE HERE!

This place is so horrible. I regret moving here. There is a roach issue that they don’t address before you move in and act as through they never it was a roach issue. In addition, the power is always going out! Even if the weather is not bad, the power just goes out for no reason. Today is Christmas and I am in the middle of cooking and getting ready for Christmas dinner with my family and the power just went off. This is ridiculous and inconvenient for my family. Also, everything in here is low… quality and cheap. Everything is always coming apart or breaking. Nothing this place has to offer with ever match with how much you have to pay a monthly.

If… you are experiencing a pest issue please contact the office. We have pest control companies that we work closely with who service our property weekly in order to mitigate and eliminate any issues.

We are also very sorry that the power outage affected your holiday. The Heights is part of a local power grid that we do not control; when power goes out on this grid, it affects our community as well as the surrounding community. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused to you and your family.

Our office is open M - F, 9 AM - 5 PM, and Sat. 10 AM - 2 PM. Please contact us at any time with any concerns. It is our hope that living at The Heights improves for you in the coming weeks and months.
