Ava Sterling

I absolutely love living at Ava Sterling Apartments! The community is beautiful, welcoming, and well-maintained, and my apartment feels comfortable and truly like home. I really appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, convenient amenities, and friendly environment. Everything here makes everyday living feel easy and enjoyable. I’m so happy I chose Ava Sterling and would happily recommend it to others!

Worst place I have ever lived

This was the worst place I have ever lived. The list of problems is very long. They do not care about their residents/customers. They cut most of the trees down. They buried the pool. They turned the whole place into one big construction site with no warnings. Noise all day till night, nails, piles of metal junk, gravel, dirt, mud, a nightmare. They do as they please. Maintenance is mostly unskilled and cannot communicate with residents, no English. The manager says and does whatever she pleases… , not a nice person, makes stuff up. They do not care about people, just money. Apartments renovations are slapped together and not so great. If you have problems with things, you are labeled a complainer, they make it very difficult to talk to a person in person. In office but most times wouldn't answer the door, or phone. They labeled me and sent me an email telling me they were not going to renew my lease because I was a "daily" complainer, not true. I am thankful that nightmare is over. I really like my new apartment and the community I am in, my new management and maintenance people are genuinely kind, caring and professional!!!
