Overall shoal creek is one of the nicest kept communities around. I just feel they raise rental prices frequently and it makes you decide if you can continue to stay there

It's affordable here, compared to other places, for the space and in apartment amenities. Wish the walls and floors weren't so thin, the carpet helps but not by much.
