Open to potential shorter term lease (less than full 8 months) for the right fit - ideal for traveling nurses, or someone who might need an in-between place while waiting for a new build to be finished, etc.
No smoking or pets permitted. Signed lease & security deposit required.
Lease length can be somewhat flexible, but generally speaking is from October 6th, 2026 through May 31st 2027. Property is NOT available for a 12 month lease.
