This place absolutely sucks. Good luck trying to get them to take care of noise complaints. After several complaints, nothing. Not even a follow up. Way too expensive to put up with the loud dog upstairs. People use their garage as a storage facility so the parking lots are usually full. Maintenence staff is great, but when you live on the ground floor and the furnace goes out in the middle of the night on the coldest day of the year because the air filter was neglected is pretty annoying. They… don't even need to be inside to change it. I lived here a few years ago when it was just "The Arbors" and it was a far better experience. That's why I came back. I am absolutely disgusted that they require cats to be declawed to live there. Maybe if the people in the office had to have the tips of their fingers upto the first knuckle amputated, they'd change that policy.

moved in 6 months ago in the winter(brrrr!), difficult at first to get used to a smaller setting than a proper house and place to call home. But after so long it feels less like a fancy hotel room and more lif a comfortable pad. The noisy and loud partying neighbor above my floor got evicted, so now I can get some peace, quiet and some well deserved sleep for what I'm owed since I pay to sleep here.

Clean, quiet, and picturesque. Best choice when reacting to this area. Neighbors are thoughtful, office helpful, and all around a good place to live.
