Your review of our Community is not an accurate portrayal. We have never been contacted by a resident that has reported any of these issues posted in your review.

Our maintenance staff is at the top, if not the top, of maintenance staff in... Traverse City & they keep our property operating as well as many newer properties. They would never enter an apartment without prior notification or permission. EVER. No one would rifle through anyone’s belongings nor ever steal from a resident. Losing an iPhone might be something you would report to our rental office or perhaps even a police officer.

After 30 years of managing this property, I think it’s like a routine. If you bring in something, we copy, hand it right back to you & would never keep an original. If you were receiving notifications on a weekly basis, there must have been a situation that needed your attention.

Also, if you objected to a charge after a move out, there is information at the bottom of the Itemized List of Damage you received that says “You must respond to this notice by mail within 7 (seven) days after receipt of same, otherwise you will forfeit the amount claimed for damages.” Also, there are photos of any damage charges, so I would be able to share those with you.

Writing an anonymous review is something anyone can do, but we are reaching out to whomever you are to ask you to contact our office to discuss this matter. It appears that there may have been some misunderstandings during your stay at Tradewinds Terrace, and we are hoping you would like to resolve these issues the correct way. You may use the same email you used while you were a resident if you would like instead of calling our office in person.
