Enjoying living here so far. So close to everything and the apartment itself is beautiful. A bit noisy. The hallway echos, since there is not a private entrance.

I love my apartment. But I am horrified at the condition of a virtually new building because of dogs. The floor of the elevator is soaked in dog urine and dog hair. The halls that I have been walking from the elevator to my apartment have become spotted and ugly with dog urine. You should not allow dogs in such confined living arrangements as apartments. And yes, there’s barking and whining. Big and expensive mistake!

I think the maintenance is slipping around the property. The public areas are showing signs of wear and tear.
Have met some wonderful neighbors here. The apartment itself is very sufficient. Location is perfect. Parking has improved.
