Not the "luxury" experience one would expect. Overpriced for what you get in just about every way. Thin walls between the 3rd and 4th floors, you pay an "average electric" bill based on your floor plan and not your actual usage (which is SUPER high due to everything being electric) and account credits (for flooded garage or other issues with the garage) are extremely delayed. Gym is mediocre and always messy. Location is great if you don't mind the noise, esp during cherry festival/high summer... time. The back garage door is frequently left open all day for folks to just walk into the building as they want to. Plus people smoke just outside the garage so it smells terrible at times. Great community here! Dog friendly is a plus. Neighbors are all friendly and kind. Parking garage is great when the river isn’t in a flood stage.

Love it here. Getting ready to sign another 15 month lease. So close to downtown and the bay. I never need to drive unless I go somewhere outside downtown.

Been here since they've been built. Its A Clean and great environment to be. Location is perfect. Staff is responsive and friendly. Certainly recommend if anyone wants to live in Downtown Traverse City.

Just moved in, but so far we've had a great experience. Stephanie has been very helpful. We've met a couple other tenants whom all seem very happy.
