Every month there’s an issue! No power, no water, the doors don’t work, the buzzers don’t work, I have never experienced nothing like this before. 0/5

Excellent Place To Live!
Long time resident, 10 + years. Love it here! Great community of friendly professional and career minded neighbors! Great management. Super fast response on any issue, (though only a couple of small issues throughout the years). Always Beautiful and clean inside and outside. Well kept grounds year round. Close to all our needs: schools, shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, casinos...

Excellent Home
Management and staff are excellent and respond to concerns right away! Pool is nice and always kept up well, with an added bonus that it never gets crowded. Problem neighbors are rare and dealt with immediately. Large master bedroom with walk in closet is a bonus. Even though it's across the street from a train track, it's far enough that you never hear it unless you're outside. Highly recommended!!

Really Enjoyed my stay at Nottingham
I liked living at Nottingham because it was a smaller community. I was in a quiet building and my neighbors were nice. I have a dog and it is a great place to live for my dog. They have a big side yard I could let her run in. I liked the girl in the office. Very warm and friendly. The maintenance guy was great when I needed stuff done. If it wasn't for my job transfer I would have stayed right there. Great place to settle in and call home.
