Need alot of help
Fountain west apartment could be a really nice quiet and lovely little place or your own if it was what the reviews say..but sadly its not. To start the parking slope is in a constant stage of framenting, potholes everywhere, blocks of asphalt just waiting for a tire to kick it. The 2 female managers aren't any help themselves, the minimum effort is put into the residents. Just enough for ao they can keep a paycheck, back to the fountain west tho. The front face of the building is covered ing in... different types of dirt and cobwebs, walking into any of the buildings you will see dirt clouds, foods scraps, burn marks,missing pieces of carpet. The laundry area they put in is Just enough you can fit into if you turn sideways and shut the door to fit, shifting the laundry is another story. The laundry machines will shake the whole building while in use, noise ordinance are not enforced at all so expects apartments to be used as jungles gyms. I wouldn't recommend it if you have options,
