It's great because of the area, very peaceful & quiet when I lived there, friendly neighbors that stay to their selves. Office treat you well, and welcoming. I hope to move back someday. Definitely one of my favorite places I lived. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious & lovable home.

We lived at Eagle Pond Townhouses for 2 years between selling one house and buying another. Our experience was great. Never had any issues that weren't handled in a timely manner. The setting is great, woods, playgrounds, ponds, wildlife, etc. and the location is awesome. Would rent there again in a heartbeat.

I made an appointment some time ago, the lady was kind of rude on the phone. I went into the leasing office at my appointment time. The leasing agent was with someone else and she looked up at me with a lot of attitude and asked if I had an appointment. I said I did and she asked the other lady to wait in her car. She said "you are the one making me drag you to two different sides of the property" (did not take my ID, which she was supposed to) iand she told me to follow her in the car. I got in... my car, waited for her to back out first & then I followed. By the time I reached the stop sign she was already gone and did not even have the decency to wait for me.. as if I know where I'm supposed to go.. I've never been here lady!! She took me to a dirty apartment that still had peoples garbage in it and made a rude comment about me taking pictures of the place (to show my boyfriend) she hurried me along and of course sped along to the next apartment not giving me any time to follow her in my car. Showed me another dirty apartment with garbage still in it & didnt give me any information during the tour. Got in her car and said "call if you have any questions" and took off. I am a leasing agent and I can for sure tell you that is no attitude to have if you want people to return. It makes the management look bad as well. 10/10 would not reccomend even wasting your time here.

Lived here for 10 years (2003-2013) and loved the apartment and the area. Never had trouble with neighbors or bugs, except for the occasional ants in the summer.
