Nice apartment complex

I've lived here for 5 years we have an awesome manager name Michelle and a very knowledgeable maintenance man name Mark no problems too big to handle them all it's very safe here very beautiful a great place to live great management

Good

The staff at Tivoli are friendly as well as responsible and within the previous 18 months improvements have been made to the buildings, parking areas, and landscape. The price is right, the area is peaceful, and the hallways are clean. All in all, I would recommend Tivoli apartments to my friends.

Older apartments - ok quality - good managment

These are older apartments. So you will get more creaks and groans of the floor/ceiling, and sound muffling between apartments is not the best. but generally good enough unless some apartment is having a party. Having said all that, they are decent apartments for the price. Currently the managers that run the property do a good job to keep things fixed and the property looking good.
