I love this complex
I love everything about this place it’s not bad as people makes it seem. I can’t speak for everyone but experience it for yourself it’s great from my experience.

Roaches
Moved in to a roach infested apartment. Caught strep throat from the roaches. Didn’t have heat until fall. The office is trying to evict me for complaining too much to them about living in an uninhabitable environment.

Dishonest management, and a rough experience in total.
My experience at Huntington Club Apartments was incredibly disappointing. Frequent and intrusive police visits created an atmosphere of unease and insecurity, and the management failed to address this ongoing problem. Noise disturbances from loud neighbors made it impossible to enjoy peace and quiet. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance, with trash and dog droppings, made the living environment unsanitary. Lack of transparency regarding the security deposit and inadequate temperature control... added to the frustration. Additionally, the prolonged lack of hot water for almost two months showcased the management's disregard for residents' well-being. I cannot recommend Huntington Club Apartments due to these issues.

I love my apartment
I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and love my apartment. Office staff is helpful and friendly and maintenance does a good job at keeping the property clean. I have had my water off a couple of time for emergency repairs but it was back on within the hour. My neighbor are super nice and I’m very happy.

Dont live here
There are big roaches that come no matter how clean you are. I’ve asked countless times to patch up wherever they come from or to exterminate and the exterminators say they come but actually don’t. Maintenance still comes in whenever they please without any authorization from tenant and management changes almost every month. STAY AWAY!!
