Lived here 6 years and loved it!

I lived at Round Hill for 6 years. The apartments are well maintained. Maintenence is always very quick to respond, often making it out the same day. Office staff is friendly. I wish the apartment could have had more updates during my time there, such as updating the dishwasher or stove. Overall, I highly enjoyed my stay and would recommend them to anyone.

Very Impressed!!

The office staff Michelle & Carrie do an amazing job taking care of everything! They are always friendly anytime I go in their office! The maintenance staff is also really good with all the work and repairs they do in the Apartments. All of them are so efficient handling it all too. In addition Jason & all the staff are very friendly too. I’m very glad to be living in this apartment complex and my neighbors in here are Great too.

Home Sweet Home

I am so happy to call this place my home!! We have been there for more than 13 years, and will probably stay many more!! Michelle is awsome and so is the maintenance staff!!! It's beautiful and quiet, a bit of country in the city!!

Best Apartments In Waterford

I am so glad that I found this place. I face the trees and have peace and quiet from the neighbors. It's clean, grounds are well kept and maintenance stays on top of repairs. Michelle in the office is so nice and helpful. I feel safe here and love the area, so I'm happy.

Amazing place to live

Ive lived here about a year and have nothing but good to say. Michele in the office is always friendly and you can tell she knows her stuff. The maintenance guys get my requests done quickly. I love the look of the cabinets in my apartment - nice & modern. I will be living here for many years to come. Keep up the good work Roundhill!
