Lived there for 5years and I can honestly say it was ok but there were a few issues. First, the walls are really thin, and you can hear everything that your neighbor is doing and saying. Secondly, many of the units are induvial owned by private owners so you may get different prices for rent and if you need something done or have a problem the maintenance guy may tell you that you need to speak with you landlord first. and on that note...there is only one guy for the entire complex. Other… places have a crew of people not just one person. Thirdly It can be really hard to get into the complex during rush hour traffic. Also, there are porch pirates all around there. I have had one my packages taken so be careful. Overall for the money they are charging you can find better. The maintenance is not kept up. The door and the buzzer doesn't even work when you try to let guests in. Oh and in the same building is someone whole stole a laptop from me. I help my sister alot here due to her being disabled and for 2 yrs loved this place. I phoned the office n it was like Meh whatever.

Right next to a grocery store, on the busy corner of Middlebelt and Warren, just the simple task of coming and going is a nightmare.

Rent keeps going up every year, so by now it's not worth the price.

Units are always hot, poorly maintained, thin walls, etc..
