Wildwood Apartments

Don’t go to wildwood apartments the new management is very disrespectful to tenants when something breaks they don’t fix it the environment is not safe for tenants some of the apartments are unlivable

I’ve been trying the get in these apartments for about 5 months. I’ve started working with someone to get is an apartment and would never hear from him after promised a call back. We always have to come them to verify things. They’ll change your move in date without telling you, they never update you on your apartment, never call you back and they’ll give away your apartments without telling you. I haven’t even moved into these apartments and they’re already giving me bad vibes.

Wildwood could be a decent place to live! Nothing but problems from the beginning. Been a resident for a few months now. Management "appears" to be caring and helpful, at first. Not too long after their true heart of hearts are shown. Repairs are not made when told of issues promptly. Maintenance can come and go from your dwellings whenever they want and management supports these actions. Safety is not a priority, unless you're a friendly foe. All they care about is your money. If Wildwood is… your only option here's some advice: Make sure you have someone in your unit that you can trust at all times, if able! Write down and keep track of every conversation and interaction with office , maintenance and whomever (and whatever) else has to do with your dealings with them. Pay attention because they're liars.. try to be slick with their words. ALOT of double talk. Keep ALL receipts, invoices and documents. Get copies of EVERYTHING! DON'T just go by what they say MAKE THEM PUT IT IN WRITING! If, you have young children be mindful of them, as the area does have some sex offenders and pedophile's that live in area. Something they will not tell you. If asked everything is confidential and under privacy, unless it has something to do with you! Do your research for your own safety and that of your family!!!!!!! Talk to residents in various parts of rental property. Don't just go by what a property manager or worker (employee) of that establishment says. I recently moved to Wildwood and it's everything I hoped for. My apartment is great and very affordable. I love the area too, being behind the market is convenient. The maintenance staff is helpful and friendly. Happy to call it home.
