Great Apartments
We lived at Park South for 20 years and then moved out of town for a couple. We now have been back at Park South for 5 yrs. This has been the best place we have lived. The apts are spacious, well kept and it's a quiet area. Great management, Lisa is the best!

Awesome
I've lived at Park South for over 4 years and I love it. Building/grounds/parking lot are well maintained and any issues ive had have been addressed quickly. I have a cat and they are very pet friendly. Very quiet/calm atmosphere in the building. In the winter parking lot is cleared of snow quickly. I work various hours and Ive never had any trouble getting out of the parking lot ..highly recommend.. one of the best places I've ever lived??

I love this apartment it fits all of my needs and is a good size for me. I do live alone, but I’m able to have my bedroom and a workout room. Management is awesome they take care of anything I need and is great to talk to. Very well recommended.

Renting Review -Previous Tenant
Park South was a nice apartment complex to rent from. Management was very quick to respond to any questions/ comments/concerns. Parking lot was well maintained during the winter time!!! Pet friendly apartment and very accommodating upon leaving-- did NOT rip me off like other places with my deposit ??! Highly recommend!!
