This place has made me dread coming home on more instances than I can count. Oh, and they are actively reporting any 1-star reviews to hide the truth of this place. Horrible property management company makes a luxury unit a miserable experience.

Sadly it’s gone way downhill over since I moved in a couple years ago. The price is too high for the area and especially having no amenities like a pool or gym (the gym is tiny and nothing works). There is never anyone onsite.

We see maintenance cleaning everyday. Kind of pricey but worth the money if you want a nice, clean, and quiet home near parks in Arden Hills.

been living here for some time.. the gym room is there but is filthy and both machines dont work been like this for atleast 6 months. Also no maintenance on sight, a guy comes onces a week and tries to fix all, if not finished wait till next week... you can get much better places for the price elsewhere
