Cypress Court Apartments

This apartment building was built about 10 years ago. First glance, it will remind you of a hotel, but very quickly and with very little effort, you can make it a home. Most of the residents here are older and been here for 5 or more years. If you're gonna rent an apartment in the Brainerd / Baxter area, this is the complex you want to live in. I have been living here for the past year, and I've been wanting to move, but I can't find anything better than this.
I would definitely recommending… this building complex. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that there are quite some rules to follow. You will be set with basic cable and internet, so you can't chose your provider. Also, although they allow pets, they, in my opinion, make it quite hard for pet owners - ex.: You can not let your dog 'do it's business' anywhere near the building and there are no Dog waste stations, so you have to take the dog across the street, pick up your dogs waste and dispose of it than in the basement dumpster. Also, they are very particulate on what you can have on your balcony and what not - ex. no sun shades, like umbrellas, grills, etc. And, the whole building is non-smoking (even in your apartment)
After all of my complains, the building and apartments themselves, are the nicest ones in the area. Read More
