We're located on the Southwest end of town, in a convenient location just off Highway 169 near the new Ridgeview Clinic, schools, parks, and more! Belle Plaine is a perfect location for those who are looking to commute to the cities for work along with the small town feel.

We offer one- and two-bedroom apartments with in-unit laundry and detached garages. Short-term leases are available.

We also offer a few units funded through an affordable housing program called TIF. Income limits are required to qualify for these units.

Income Restrictions for TIF Units:
A household of one must make $43,500 or less per year.
A household of two must make $49,700 or less per year.
A household of three must make $55,900 or less per year.
A household of four must make $62,100 or less per year.

A deposit of $500 (down from $1000) and an application fee of $50/adult are due with the completed application. The maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom. In addition, each unit is limited to two adults per household.

Not a bad spot to live

Apartments are mostly hardwood flooring, but the location in nice and quiet. I don't reccomend if you don't like Coborns as that's the closest grocery store for miles. No elevator, so keep in mind when moving groceries up three flights of stairs. Not much goes in in Belle Plaine itself, so you'll have to drive out of town for fun stuff, but is night next door to the Minnesota River Valley, Candy Barn, Ren Fest, and Valley Fair up and down 169. Kitchens were small.

Aside from that, it's a... decent place to live.
