Timber Ridge Apartments

We are traveling health care professionals we were initially apprehensive about renting our apartment sight unseen but what a pleasant surprise when we arrived in Bemidji and met the management team “ Jeff and Phyllis “. They were so helpful with directions and local knowledge that we felt we had lived in Bemidji for years within a few weeks. It’s surprising how quickly you can assimilate into a community when you have locals willing and able to help you with directions and guidance . As to... our apartment it was very clean and the appliances functioned perfectly , the apartment had keyed entryways which provided a great deal of comfort and safety. Our mailbox was inside the lobby so we had no issues with receiving packages , nor any fears of theft. Managers Jeff and Phyllis truly made the relocation to Bemidji seamless and painless , conveniently located , close to shopping and yet very peaceful , we highly recommend these apartments and feel confident that as a tenant you will be extremely pleased and happy with your decision to reside here ! I lived here for a little over two years and have no complaints about anything. After having somewhat of a bad experience with a seperate apartment company here in Bemidji, this place showed me that there are good property managers still here. This place is always clean, well managed and the property manager and his mother Phyllis are amazing people. We had to put down our dog while living at this apartment and they were very accommodating with certain circumstances and went above and beyond to... ease the stress. Enjoyed living here. Manager was great with their communication. Left alone to live freely and as needed. No issues. Would live here again if needed.

This is ok but not special. Not made with great quality products but boasts luxury amenities with a price to match. Many of the units don’t have balconies. Winter is rough. Lot hardly plowed. No plug ins for cars. Not to mention the high crime rate down the street.
