Highly Recommend, Place is a GEM

The property staff are amazing and that is hard to come by. Susan is understanding, communicative, and easy to get into contact. The neighborhood is well kept, beautiful, and quiet. We often walked to the lake and around the neighborhood. Everyone is friendly and mostly keeps to themself. We really wanted to extend our lease but due to personal reasons, we couldn’t. I couldn’t recommend a better community to live in. If we move back to this area I would choose North Bay.

The best place to call HOME

I have lived at north bay for just about 8 months. The management is excellent and always goes above and beyond! The upkeep of the grounds and rental properties are top notch! Honestly couldn’t have a better experience!
