Lived here for 5 Years! Great office staff, maintenance team is professional and the property is well cared for. Willows is a wonderful place to live and we are happy to call it home!!

I have lived here for a few yrs and if your looking for a quiet place that has access to everything this is the place for you. Management is awesome and very friendly. Maintenance is spot on usually next day fix. 15 Min from the Mall of America as well as several restaurants and bars its the perfect place to feel at home.

Willows on France is a great place to live, the management is amazing very helpful, answers all questions! The buildings are clean and smell good. Everyone is very nice and friendly! Over all a nice place to live!

The property manager is okay but her manager is unprofessional lady. She makes up excuses to deny people. If your credit isn’t perfect, you will be denied. They will lie to take your application fee and deny. Look for other better places to live. I found it and it’s possible.

I currently see the landscape guy laying the mulch on the center flower bed. Summer is amazing here. This will be my third year and I have to say the pool and the plants are beautiful. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the great communication they deliver.
Only one complaint: The potholes. I know these are scheduled to being fixed as I spoke with Jessi. Maybe a new lot would do the trick and save money in the long run?
I would recommend this place. Great location.... Great management and nice neighbors. Five stars!!!!
