Buyer beware

Maintenance is substandard. Management is nice to get you in but then once you sign the lease things change. Accounting is terrible. Fees get added to your account for things that have no explanation. Rental concession has yet to be made when it was used as a selling point to get you to sign the lease as fast as possible. Rental account after two months of lease has yet to reflect proper balance. Units are new but every new building starts out that way. Buyer beware. Do your research.

DONT RENT HERE!!! horrible management

This place is poor with management and towards residents. I know because they don't take care of the resident's need. They are only after your money and getting you to move in. The Microwave for instance don't work and Im still waiting for maintenance to clean it. The noise level on 4th floor isn't acceptable as I have called on them. This office doesn't care at all. 1 star means that Im not happy here and all!!! They promised me a garage and when I signed lease well none available.... Unreliable people!
