Moving in to Lake Susan Apartments was a breeze! I've never moved into a place that was so well-cared for - and so incredibly clean! From new carpets and floors to a caring staff, Lake Susan has it all!

Great Location.
Pool is nice - needs larger pool rules .
Trash shoot smells a lot .
Maintenance is usually timely .
Needs way more social events .

Lake Susan Apartments are in a perfect location. Close to everything you could need or want. Grocery stores and Target and restaurants are easy to get to.

The bike/walking paths are readily accessible. Parks for kids are within walking distance...

Very enjoyable community.

I go out of state for 6mo. The mgmt staff is very helpful to coordinate certain requests I asked for. Ex.a request to have a pkg from the mailroom , containing a medical item, taken to my apt. They were more than happy to assist me!!
