Expensive, Not Sound Proof, Lots of Theft

Kenwood Village seems great in theory but when it comes to living there things are less than sub par. We lived on the third floor and could hear every word spoken in the parking lot. Not only could we hear conversations they choose to plow the lot at 3-5am daily with the loudest beeping plow I have ever experienced. Package theft has always been a common occurrence but lately thieves have broken into the cars and as of last night stolen a car all together. Shiprock Management has not responded… to any concerns from tenants and make no effort to secure the building.
