Not as Advertised/Loud and Filthy
When you view these apartments they're sure to show it when is quiet and clean but it is far from that. Also it's not very tropical. Most of the plants have been all but killed by the children that live there and have been allowed to destroy them. There's no trees like in the pictures and it's far from clean. We were told when we moved in that we could not hold birthday parties in the atrium but everyday the children are allowed to run rampant in the atrium without adult supervision and... it sounds louder than an amusement park because the sound is amplified and echoes. Ithink the parents enjoy using it like a babysitter so they can put the kids outside and ignore them. The apartments have no sound proofing and management will not do anything about the noise until 10pm at night. So if you're looking for a nice and beautiful place to relax and enjoy life after a hard day off work, keep looking because this is not the place. I have lived here 17 months now and the pool has only been ideals about 4 weeks of that also. Management doesn't do their job and people bring in outsiders in large groups and so the pool water is always nasty. There is no one clamoring the common areas or the ground and we moved here to get away from the trashiness in other parts of Duluth, but this place has been just one disappointment after another.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations during your residency.
Since the time period described in your review, management has changed, and we want to reassure both... current and prospective residents that significant improvements have been made. Many of the concerns you raised have been directly addressed. Residents who repeatedly violated community rules are no longer part of the community, and policies regarding noise, supervision of children, and use of common areas are now actively enforced.
The pool has been regularly open and only closes for routine or unforeseen maintenance, with clear communication provided when closures occur. We have also implemented regular professional caregiving and cleaning services for the building and common areas to ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep.
We continue to invest in maintaining the property and improving the overall living environment, including landscaping and shared spaces, and we strive to create a respectful, well-managed community for all residents.
We appreciate all feedback, as it helps guide positive change, and we remain committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.
