Don’t even bother, they clearly not interested in renting

Had the worst experience possible with this company. I scheduled a tour of the property and got confirmation that the tour was scheduled. Next day I got an email saying the tour was canceled without any explanation whatsoever. I went ahead and called the leasing office to find out what was going on just to be told that there is no leasing office on site and that they need to contact a leasing agent to schedule a tour. So I gave them my details hoping for a reply soon. That never happened. I… emailed them again and finally got a response, I immediately replied to the email 2 minutes later but alas I got ghosted! It’s been a month now and no one has put in any effort to reach back out to me.

So long story short, save yourself time trying to go through this process. It’s definitely not worth it!

Over a month now, no gym access, no swimming pool access since summer began

Over a month now, no gym access, no swimming pool access since summer began….this is just absurd and pretty much annoying. And they still decided to increase rent. I work from home and gym is the only thing that keeps me sane. But no, the management doesn’t seem to care to hasting up the repairs.
