Affordable, but Outdated

My husband and I lived at Forest Ridge Townhomes in Eagan for 2 years. We lived on the 2nd floor with a pond view.
Pros: Spacious, Affordable, Friendly Leasing Office Staff, beautiful pond views, garage
Cons: Outdated appliances, thin walls, creaky floors, hot water issues. You can hear your neighbors walk above you and have conversations.

Not good

over all had a okay time living at Forest Ridge in Eagan. Positives Safe, Quiet, Large units, Most of the stAff is nice, Pool, Private enters, No pet rent, Deck with stairs, Big garage. Negatives Old building, No updates ever, Old oven that burns everything, Gross kitchen/ cabinets, Paper thin walls can hear everything, Upstairs neighbors sound loud it shakes the ceilings, Gross carpet, They up rent very very high when lease is up when we specifically asked about this moving in, If your moving… out to new place month to month is a lie ... they make you stay 60 days and lie about it, Expect and charge a lot when moving out, our place was so clean and they rip you off. Honestly not sure what they do with their money there is no upkeep. The one traumatic thing I expirenced there was a shooting. After that I was quiet anxious and staff did nothing. There is lots of nice updated apartments for the same price or lower. Go else where!!

A very clean, pretty quiet community. The two bedroom apartments are very spacious and the patios are a nice size also.

Best Kept Secret

Location Location Location... Walking distance to public transit, grocery, dining, fast food, medical... Clean and very well maintained. Staff is VERY friendly. Lots of parking for tenants and visitors. We would not move again if we were staying in Minnesota... Hope to find a place equally wonderful when we relocate to our new state in a few months.
