Never live here. The apartments may look decent, but they were built fast, and despite not having too many issues structurally myself, the company has already been sued over not paying their construction team. Management, though, is the real issue.

I lived at this property for 2.5 years, and it was by far the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. To them, you’re just another dollar — which is manageable until something actually goes wrong. Since opening less than 4 years ago, they’ve had 17+... apartment floods. Unfortunately, I was one of the residents affected.

My apartment flooded on a Saturday, and not once did management start with something as simple as “I’m sorry.” Instead, I was told I was displaced with absolutely no solution or guidance on where to go. They even gave me the wrong email to contact them. Communication afterward was somehow even worse — rude, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional.

As a young adult dealing with a major housing issue, I wanted my parents involved to help advocate for me, but management refused to communicate with them. It honestly felt like they were more focused on protecting themselves than helping residents during a stressful situation.

I have been living here since this place opened. The management is awful and they try to double bill.

Hot tub and pool and sauna constantly broken.

No communication from management.

Plus too many people on campus.

No parking.

Feel bad for everybody this summer as a restaurant and hair salon are going in... no parking as it is.

fancy amentities that have not been open for over 6 months- hammocks, basketball court, tennis/pickleball courts, volleyball, etc

They are building 4 more... buildings for a total of 8 buildings.

Vikings Lakes Residences is a wonderful place to live! The staff is friendly, professional and responsive. The apartments have first class amenities - flooring, granite countertops, beautiful carpeting in the bedrooms, nice big kitchen sinks, and walls between apartments that are excellent sound buffers. The layout is big in all the right places and thoughtfully designed. The entrance area is set up to encourage neighborly connection, offering a hot beverage machine, a big screen t.v. and... stylish, very comfortable furniture. It also manages to be a dog friendly complex without infringing on non-dog owners comfort. Each apartment building has its own gathering room with shuffle board and pool tables along with a full kitchen, t.v., and more comfortable furniture. A great place to go out while never leaving the warmth and comfort of home. The outdoor pool and walking trails are top notch as well as the gas grills available year round. The inside clubhouse has everything you could want to get in a good workout, socialize or work. Choosing Vikings Lakes Residences was an excellent choice for my family. This is such a beautiful and brand new building. I'm so excited that I moved here. Luxury living, great amenities and awesome location. The staff is so amazing. I have loved my time here so far and will always recommend to others.

Moved in August 1st of this year. I was amazed at the level of professionalism from all the representatives of this community, especially David and Bevie they are fantastic.
