New construction, quiet location

This split level was just built early 2015. It's a roomy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath with attached garage. Very energy efficient and quiet (even though it's close to train tracks). It's pet friendly with hardwood floors upstairs (kitchen, dining, living room area) and plush carpeting downstairs. The only real negative is the yard isn't very big. It's a short 5 minute drive to Mankato.

Three floors of AWESOME!!

I moved into my town home in early December 2014 and have loved it ever since. There are huge windows on every floor that give immense amounts of natural light. I rarely find myself turning lights on. My two kids share an entire floor as their bedroom/toy room and love the space. I have to admit I've gotten spoiled into loving vaulted ceilings and natural light. I would have no qualms living there for quite a while.
