Not worth it

This place is overpriced in my opinion. You have to pay a monthly fee to have your own washer and dryer, by your own washer and dryer I mean you purchase a washer and dryer and pay a monthly fee to use them. Also there's something wrong with the heating and air conditioning units the maintenance man said and I quote " there's nothing we can do about the humidity. Whatever the humidity is outside will determine the humidity inside. Unfortunately the units were probably installed wrong". In the… summer the floors feel wet and the walls almost drip with bad humidity.
