Building is full of smoke, no property management call back every
Having complained multiple times via there Herzog apartment web portal and left multiple voicemails, no response at all. The efficiency apartment was very nice until a smoking tenant moved in below me. I have confronted the tenant as well, he slammed the door in my face, saying he doesn't smoke, as you could see the whole rolling out of his apartment. This is a non-smoking building and I can't handle the smoke. Please management do something.
