Its unfortunate to see the reviews about this place, in my opinion. People dont quite understand how wonderful the management is here. I cant recall ever feeling that what I needed or expected from the management was ignored or overlooked. I cant praise this place enough: something goes wrong and maintenance/management has it fixed in a few days, every time, without fail, if a problem is going on with parking its addressed right away, if they notice garbage in the parking lot its cleaned up... immediately. The place is ran well, and it shows. They have treated me fairly and well for all my years of being here.

The apartment is also nice in size. Especially for what I pay. Management is fair about pricing and happy to help.

They offer a beautiful new party room that was just re-done, a wonderful pool, a back area for grilling, and its right on the river so it all comes with a beautiful view.

I've been so happy staying here, and hope whoever moves in also sees all the wonderful things this place has to offer. Read More

I absolutely love it here. The staff is fantastic. They have gone out of their way on more then one occasion to help me out. This is a safe and friendly place to live on the river. The view is unreal, makes you forget you live near the city. I can't imagine finding a better place to live.

Would not call back about looking at the apartment. The gentleman hung up on my on me saying he was in a meeting and would not accept a application from me just because I interrupted his meeting.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Extremely loud and inconsiderate neighbors, my apartment is constantly loud because I can hear them yelling or bass shaking my apartment, there is no quiet spot in my apartment; staff does not care about this whatsoever. Hallways reek of weed and cigarettes all the time. Staff does not wear masks while working despite being in a pandemic. There is a rude notice about every week about how we cannot recycle properly, park properly, or how we all just suck... as tenants. I am starting to look for a new place to live. Read More

Do not live here! The management entered our apartment without proper notice and got upset when we called them out on it. They tried to charge us $50 for a lease violation that they themselves did, not us. They laugh at us when we call to request maintenance. The blame residents for everything including theft, property damage, etc. They charge for the amenities, for example, the pool costs $15/month if you want to use it.
