Great Place to live Living at Springbrook Apartments is amazing. I have been living here since 2011 and it a great place. They keep up with fixing everything when it needs to be fixed. The office and Maintenance people are great as well because they make sure the property stay clean and safe for the residents that live her Springbrook apartments as well. Thank you Springbrook for everything you do for us as residents.

screen door The work has not been done. I said I know they are busy and it is a not to do now problem. It is not always things can be fixed in house and a specialist need to be called. Heat is an example. I asked 3 times for my heart to be fixed I was told they could not fix it. I thought a specialist would be able to fix it. It is against the law to not have heat. All the first floor apartments have no heat, Some cab driver was on first floor and had to move. He had to pay 900 dollars to... move to 2nd floor. If it is your fault no one should have to pay as if they were a new person.

10 plus year renter I have lived at Springbrook for 10 plus years. Its my home and i have never been dissapointed. Great staff, friendly and committed to helping everyone. Love it here!
