Disappointing Property and People
Horrible place to live. Injured myself on their property, and had to reach out to 3 people before I received a response. People are constantly speeding through the parking lot. Trash everywhere. Emergency water shut offs frequently with little to no notice. The parking turns into a pond when raining. Hand railings on stairs not secured. Packages stolen from the mailroom. Fire alarms going off at 3AM three days in a row. A/C has been “repaired” multiple times, and still does not work.
While the... amenities are enticing, the lack of communication from the office, and the residents lack of respect for others ruined the experience.
