Nice Apartments, Great Staff

The leasing process was really easy and the manager walked me through the entire thing really nicely. Was very happy at move in that the apartment looked similar to the model I saw originally and they recently added more parking spots, which I heard was an issue in the past but don't see a problem with it now.

An experience made to be shared with memories made to keep!

If you are a person whom fancy's the social life, this is a great location. It is placed in a centralized location that gives you the pleasures of suburban life and urban city life. You are but minutes away from Downtown Minneapolis and a blink away from the West End area where you can enjoy a plethora of different factions of entertainment (Bars, Movies, Restaurants, Fitness facilities, etc....). However, after the lights dim,music stops playing, and your not in the mood to be active, is… when you get to appreciate the the apartment as a whole. With an amazing pool area, views of the surrounding areas made to be shared and appreciated, and cleanliness as if you were in Downtown Chicago are all reasons why I speak in high regards when speaking about these apartments.

Nice apartments in a good community

We've lived here for a year and just signed another year lease last month. My wife and I have really liked having so much space for so cheap (since living in Uptown before), but we're still only 5 minutes to West End. The office staff can be a little slow to respond at times, but other than that, we're really happy with the place.
