Very Nice and Clean

Aery is a very nice and clean apartment. Elyse is very good at making sure shared spaces stay nice. My wife and I lived in the apartment for about a year and never had any issues and there were plenty of good interactions with neighbors through events and common spaces. If your looking for a safe, clean, low maintenance apartment Aery is a great option!

Worst apartment ever

It is the worst rental apartments ever, property manager doesn’t respect tenants at all and send very rude messages.
