Terrible

Roaches building nasty terrible management on property who can’t take accountability for anything

Caution

Before the management change I really enjoyed living here. If I had an issue it was addressed in a timely manner. The staff was approachable and took the time to listen to my request. Now not so much! The staff no longer live onsite. The hallways smells like marijuana and debris is everywhere.

First I want to apologize for your bad experience, this is not typical. Since the review was posted on 3/8/17, we have changed managers. She does live on site and does a very good job taking care of the buildings and addressing any concerns that… the residents have. We are doing everything we can to make Southview Greens and enjoyable place to call home.
