Love my new apartment!

Just moved into Hillcrest Place Apartments. I cannot say enough good things about this community.
For starters the manager Debbie makes you feel like family and is with you start to finish from showing the apartment helping with the application process and then the move in process.
After move in she follows up with you to make sure you are happy with your new home and if we need anything. It's a refreshing feeling to know someone really cares about the community.
The building is kept clean and… always smells good. I came from a building that smelt like cigarette smoke and peoples fried food.
A new dog park was just put in along with a dog wash. It is such a great feature to have right here at home.
I would highly recommend living here! After looking for about 2 months I am so glad I chose Hillcrest to call home.

Home sweet home

Great place to live. Close to freeway, St. Paul and Minneapolis.
Nice people and the manager and maintenance person keep the building running smooth.

Expensive for what you get

Rent is constantly increasing and now tenants have to pay gas charge each month. No community room, no secure package area. Other apartments offer much more for same price.

Perfect!!

I’ve lived here for over a year now, and it’s been great! Super clean & safe. Maintenance has been quick with repair requests. Staff is super friendly!
