Pond View Heights Apartments is an apartment community
Pondview Heights is a great place to live in Mankato. The building is well maintained, the community is quiet and friendly, and the modern amenities are a big plus - there's underground parking (ideal for Minnesota weather), a gym, and TV/internet included. Management is responsive and professional, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and walking paths nearby. Overall, highly recommend!

landlord is so unprofessional and rude
Yes the apartments are beautiful and the complex is well kept but the landlord is so unprofessional and rude. And tries to keep upping the rent on many renters. Do not live here.

Love Pondview!
Quiet, clean, modern. Amenities are well-kept and amazing. As a young woman in a new city I never worried about safety, it is very secure. The owner is great, a tough woman with a heart of gold! Definitely worth trusting. Overall amazing apartments!
