Sibley Village Townhomes is a townhome community in Mankato, MN
Management has done a superb job in screening responsible tenants which has made for a very desirable neighborhood here at Sibley Village Townhomes. After nearly three years of living here, I've experienced no noise issues, insensitive residents or careless driving. Snow removal has always been timely and over-all grounds maintenance more than adequate. The few minor issues I've inside were responded to quickly and satisfactorily by the property manager. The quality of the construction is better... than average including a very efficient air-exchange system and extra wide stairway. Location is unbeatable (Cub Food, Mankato West HS, Sibley Park, MN River Trail) and I consider the rental rates very fair. Recent refurbishment of the playground equipment and resurfacing of the surrounding area is appreciated! Thank you INH and keep up the terrific work. GML
