    beware-kiss your security deposit goodbye ??

    Regardless of how clean and in good repair you leave your apartment, your security deposit will be taken and extra charges will be sought even though considered normal wear and tear!

    Fernbrook View Apartments does not charge tenants or keep security deposits for normal wear and tear to an apartment unit.

    It is Fernbrook View Apartments policy to conduct a thorough walk thru and the start and end of a lease term to document the    … condition of the apartment unit.
    A Tenants security deposit may be used by the Landlord to recover damage to an apartment unit only if the damage is above and beyond normal wear and tear.
