The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
